Capability Statements

A full overview of our technical qualifications, service scope, certifications, and operational capacity, put together for procurement teams, WHS managers, and enterprise clients who need more than just a quote before they engage a contractor.

What Drives Us

Our Core Values

Every technician on our crew lives by these principles — in every job, at every site.

Every Test, Every Item, No Exceptions

We don't treat compliance as a formality. Every test is performed to AS/NZS 3760 specifications in full, not approximately, not mostly. All the way through, every time.

Precision & Accuracy

Our technicians are trained to catch what a rushed job misses. Thorough inspections, calibrated equipment, and honest reporting on every site visit, no padding results, no glossing over fails.

Reports You Can Actually Read

No jargon, no confusing reports. We tell you what we found, what it means for your compliance, and what needs to happen next, in language that actually makes sense.

On Site When We Said, Report Same Day

We show up when we say we will. Reports go out the same day. Renewal reminders land before your due dates. It's just how the job should be done.

Australian Owned & Operated

Melbourne-based, locally run, and genuinely invested in the businesses we work with. We're not a national franchise dispatching contractors; we're a local crew who knows the Melbourne market and the clients in it.

Continuous Improvement

We invest in updated training, current testing equipment, and better digital tools on an ongoing basis. Testing equipment gets updated. Standards get revised. We stay current.

Compliance Credentials

Certifications & Standards We Work To

AS/NZS 3760:2022

In-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment. This is the primary standard that governs every electrical test and tag job we carry out across Melbourne and Victoria.

AS 1851:2012

Routine service of fire protection systems and equipment. Sets out the maintenance frequency and procedures for fire extinguisher and hose reel inspections.

AS 2293.2:1995

Emergency escape lighting and exit signs, inspection and testing intervals for emergency and exit lighting in commercial premises.

AS 3786:2014

Smoke alarms and detectors. Our smoke detector testing follows this standard to confirm devices are functioning reliably and responding correctly.

AS/NZS 60335.2.25

Safety requirements for microwave ovens. Our microwave radiation leakage testing is carried out in line with this standard for household and commercial units.

WHS Act 2011

All services we deliver align with the Model Work Health and Safety Act and associated regulations, helping our clients meet their primary duty of care under Victorian WHS law.
